Delivering orders to tables, rooms and parking spots

Let guests order online while they're at your venue, then bring the food to their table, room or parking spot, or have them collect it at the counter.

Eat-in ordering is for customers who are already at your venue. They order from their phone and, instead of a delivery address, tell you where they are, so your staff can bring the food straight to them, just like at a fast-food restaurant.

Turning on eat-in and choosing your spots

  • Open your restaurant settings page, find the Delivery options card and press Edit.
  • Tick Eat in to let customers order while they're at your venue.
  • Choose the spots you serve: Counter, Table, Room or Parking spot. Hover the (i) icon next to each to see what it means.
  • Save your changes.

You can enable more than one spot. Counter means the customer collects at the counter, the others mean your staff brings the food to them.

What customers see

  • When a customer chooses Eat in, they pick which spot they're at if you offer more than one.
  • For a table, room or parking spot, they must enter their number, for example table 2, room 223 or parking spot A3.
  • For the counter, they're simply told they can collect their food at the counter, no number needed.

Seeing the spot on your orders

Every eat-in order clearly shows where to take the food, for example 'Table 2' or 'Room 223', on your orders page, on printed receipts and in order emails, so anyone on the floor knows exactly where it goes.

Inviting guests from your QR menu

When table service is enabled, your printable QR menu automatically adds a short note inviting guests to order online and have the food brought to their table. Print one for each table so guests can order without waving anyone down.
