It lets you publish your restaurant page, build a digital menu, accept orders directly from customers without paying any commission, and manage everything from a single dashboard, whether you run one location or several.

An online ordering system lets your customers browse your menu and place orders from their phone or computer. With Restanaut, customers visit your restaurant page, choose items from your menu, and submit an order. You receive the order instantly through push notifications, email, and your dashboard, and you can print it for the kitchen.

Restanaut takes no commission on sales, includes unlimited orders on the Business plan, and gives you full control of your customer relationships. You get a hosted restaurant page, multi-location support, and a PWA mobile app, all at a flat monthly price.

You don't need any technical skills. Sign up for a free trial, fill in your restaurant details, add your menu using the built-in menu creator, and you're ready to take orders. Most restaurants are up and running within an hour. If you get stuck, our customer support team will help you finish setup.

Yes. Restanaut gives every restaurant its own page hosted on the platform, so you can start taking orders immediately even without your own website.

Absolutely. You can share your Restanaut ordering link on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other channel. Customers click the link, browse your menu, and place orders directly, no extra app required.

We accept major credit and debit cards for your subscription. You can also pay by wire transfer, after arranging it with support.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Basic, and Business at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Your billing cycle starts on the day you activate a paid plan after the free trial ends. Subscriptions are billed yearly, so you're charged once every 12 months until you cancel.

All listed prices are net (VAT excluded). VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country and whether you provide a valid business tax ID. We charge VAT only in Europe.

You can update your billing and invoice details, company name, tax ID, address, at any time from the invoice details section of your account. Updated details apply to future invoices.

Yes. If you'd prefer not to set things up yourself, our team can help you configure your restaurant page, import your menu, and get your first orders flowing. Contact us for details.

If a payment fails, we'll retry and send you reminders. After a grace period your account is paused, your menu remains visible but new orders are disabled. Once the invoice is paid, ordering is re-enabled instantly.

On all plans you're billed per location. Each new location is added at the same monthly rate.

Restanaut is available worldwide. The platform is multilingual and supports multiple currencies, so you can run your restaurant in your local market regardless of country.

No long-term contract is required. You subscribe online and you can cancel at any time. There's no penalty and no hidden fees.

Yes. You can cancel from the billing section of your account in a few clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Restanaut before paying. Once a paid period has started, fees are generally non-refundable, but if something goes wrong, contact support, we'll always look at it case by case.

Yes. Every payment generates a proper VAT invoice that you can download from your account, with the company details you provided in your billing settings.

On the Basic plan, once you reach the monthly order limit each additional order is billed at the per-order rate shown on this page. You can also upgrade to the Business plan for unlimited orders.

The Starter plan is a one-time activation fee that gives you a permanent restaurant page and menu, no recurring charges. Online ordering features (Basic and Business) are subscription-based because they include ongoing hosting, processing, and support.
