We accept major credit and debit cards for your subscription. You can also pay by wire transfer, after arranging it with support.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Basic, and Business at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Your billing cycle starts on the day you activate a paid plan after the free trial ends. Subscriptions are billed yearly, so you're charged once every 12 months until you cancel.

All listed prices are net (VAT excluded). VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country and whether you provide a valid business tax ID. We charge VAT only in Europe.

You can update your billing and invoice details, company name, tax ID, address, at any time from the invoice details section of your account. Updated details apply to future invoices.

If a payment fails, we'll retry and send you reminders. After a grace period your account is paused, your menu remains visible but new orders are disabled. Once the invoice is paid, ordering is re-enabled instantly.

On all plans you're billed per location. Each new location is added at the same monthly rate.

Restanaut is available worldwide. The platform is multilingual and supports multiple currencies, so you can run your restaurant in your local market regardless of country.

No long-term contract is required. You subscribe online and you can cancel at any time. There's no penalty and no hidden fees.

Yes. You can cancel from the billing section of your account in a few clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Restanaut before paying. Once a paid period has started, fees are generally non-refundable, but if something goes wrong, contact support, we'll always look at it case by case.

Yes. Every payment generates a proper VAT invoice that you can download from your account, with the company details you provided in your billing settings.

On the Basic plan, once you reach the monthly order limit each additional order is billed at the per-order rate shown on this page. You can also upgrade to the Business plan for unlimited orders.

The Starter plan is a one-time activation fee that gives you a permanent restaurant page and menu, no recurring charges. Online ordering features (Basic and Business) are subscription-based because they include ongoing hosting, processing, and support.
